One of my favorite spot for lunch in central, especially in love with their sea urchin carbonara!!!! They serve pretty decent price set lunch ! My all time favorite is Sea urchin Carbonara... also with a choice of appetizer, salad or soup of the day! The sea urchin carbonara is super creamy and flavorful... with a little hint of lime and spring onions to increase the freshness of the sea urchin ! Their signature dish is always their prime rib dip sandwich with fries ! The bread was soft with a crispy crust, filled with generous amount of beef. Yet I feel like there is something missing in terms of flavor... even with the gravy dip it did not bring out the beef flavor !
