I planned to dinner with my best friends in Tin Hau. This restaurant is quite lovely and comfortable, suitable to chat with your friends here. We order 1 antipasti, 2 main, 1 dessert and 2 drinks.There has a special promotion for some drinks, we order a 1L cocktail, it is very fresh and easy to drink.Warm Poached Prawns with lemon oil, chilli jam, raw zucchini. The sour sauce was perfect match and fresh.I strongly recommend to enjoy - Sea Urchin Linguine. That is my favourite main course here. T

Warm Poached Prawns with lemon oil, chilli jam, raw zucchini. The sour sauce was perfect match and fresh.
I strongly recommend to enjoy - Sea Urchin Linguine. That is my favourite main course here. This rich, briny pasta uses sea urchins to create a creamy texture. Not really too heavy, and the sea urchins is fresh and sweet.
The other main course is Australian Wagyu M5 Sirloin steak, we ordered medium well and it is juicy and quite large.
For the dessert, we order Baked Truffle Alaska. It is really surprising me!! A truffle mountain with dark rum on fire, there is full of black truffle, 1 layer of cake, 1 layer of truffle ice cream, must try it!
