I was planning to have Kai Kai for dessert and before that, I walked into this BBQ shop for dinner first. The name of the signboard was very prominent, telling customers that they specialized in sea urchin items. Their menu was very comprehensive, offering grilled items, rice or noodles, sashimi and beverages etc. Salted 7-up - I was quite surprised that it was served in such a big glass. Salted 7-up - I was quite surprised that it was served in such a big glass. Sour plums were residing at the bottom and the drink was very refreshing. It was gassy and sour, perfect in this hot weather.
Sea urchin fried rice - The portion was quite generous and the size of every rice grains was big and defined. The fried rice was flavourful and sea urchin was creamy and rich. It complimented nicely with the fried rice.
