hong Kong style seafood! big chain restaurant with a nice view of the harbour in tsim sha tsui , ordered a big australian lobster with fried rice noodle on the bottom. also abalone each. lobster was perfect. wasn't tough at all, abalone was half palm size with 陳皮。 delicious as well
