On my second trip to Cheung Chau, I decided to go again to Cheung Chau Pizza to see if I still love it. And I do. Easily the best pizza in HK. Why? The gcrust is done so damn well. I love thin crust normally because I like crunchy, but CC PIzza manages to have a thick shell while still being crunchy on the outside. Truly fantastic stuff. While there too, I got into a great conversation with the owner about all kinds of things, which just added to the nice experience I had. He mentioned that he's going to open up a restaurant on HK Island, and when he does, I'll be one of the first to attend it. Oh and I forgot, I went with my 4 year old son, he loved his pizza too!
