This is one of my favor restarant, simply for its salad bar and the location. Unlike those crowd restarant on the next two floors, this dinning room seems locates in a special corner. The cheese plate of the buffet table is my favorite. The dessert bar is nothing surprise but still fine to most of the people. The main courses change periodically, depends on its theme in that month. Honestly speaking, its quality usually won't harm you and even better than those in the same group.

In term of its price (less than HK$200 with HSBC Visa Card), this semi-buffet is absolutely a good and comfortable place for having dinner in TST Harbour City.
