難得星期五放補假,於是決定帶阿媽去歎semi-lunch buffet,阿媽話成日睇電視劇見到d主角望住維港景開餐好正,既然佢開到口,一於帶佢黎呢度開心下啦!呢間餐廳可謂居高臨下,視野廣闊,單係景觀已經令人心情愉快興奮!半自助午餐由12:30pm開始,我地呢d精明一族梗係準時入座,頭盤、多款前菜同甜品、餐湯、咖啡及茶都係自助形式任食,主菜就可以喺近20款入面揀,唔同主菜收費亦會唔同。望望menu,主打多國菜,最吸引我嘅係燒鵝肝松露醬野菌焗飯,想像得到味道有幾濃,啱晒我呢d食慣重口味嘅人;至於阿媽呢,難得閒日可以一齊lunch,我就叫佢食豪d,我請,阿媽即時雙眼發光,點左龍蝦魚翅撈飯!落單後兩母女急不及待走去食物枱八下有咩醫肚,今日個餐湯係粟米羹,前菜方面,韓式泡菜、雞絲粉皮、沙律、pama ham等都係我心頭好,一於黎個mix & match,DIY一個啱自己口味嘅特色沙律先~飲完餐湯同食完前菜後,主菜就隆重登場喇!燒鵝肝松露醬野菌焗飯以錫紙盛載送上枱,店員即場幫我剪開佢,熱騰騰嘅蒸氣頓時冒出,首先聞到黑松露醬嘅濃,鵝肝嘅香亦隨之而來,輕咬一口鵝肝,豐腴甘香,野菌爽口juicy,每口飯
