而阿媽嘅龍蝦魚翅撈飯就分開兩隻碟上,由客人自行將龍蝦魚翅高湯混入龍蝦飯入面,阿媽話龍蝦份量都唔少,入口鮮甜啖啖肉,連飯一齊食濃郁順口,仲大讚好滿意我嘅安排喎,哈哈~
