Just had dinner there last Friday which is very disappointed! The appetizer and dessert are served in buffet style while they have 6-7 maincourse for you to select that will be served on table. For the appetizer buffet, they have cold crab legs, shrimps, corch and oyster. It was very disappointed that except the cold crab legs, others are obviously NOT FRESH!! They have some cooked mussels served in the buffet too, but it's stinks and taste wired that I suspect it is frozen or even rotten during transportation.
The maincouse is OK as I had half lobster and my BF had beef tenderloin.
There were not a lot of dessert to choose from but we have no expectation at all after the whole experience.
I understand that HK$228+ pp is not pricy for those items they served but if they are using lower cost ingredient that is UNFRESH, the cient will never return!
