The branch manager is familiar with the habit of the customer, excellent.Surprising today early evening, one male staff was hardworking to soak the udon and put the meat in the bowls (normally different people for two process, probably non-peak hours and the cashier didn’t respond to him, obviously not her role then), he tried to select quality ones for me. Normally, the other one (black face Japanese look) wouldn’t care the meat is complete or in tiny pieces or the portion is sufficient enough.

And I gave up to request more, it all depends on the staff’s conscience or professionalism..
Anyway, there are two to three good staffs here. I will keep buying udon until I really feel ‘distasteful’. Please keep the good staffs! Thanks again.
