To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I was walking around for tea at the lab concept and found this shop of Cha For Tea. I saw quite many people queuing there so I decided to take one cup of that.I ordered the iced pearl milk tea but it’s not convenient enough as it only accepted cash which I had to line up again coz I didn’t have cash. I ordered the iced pearl milk tea but it’s not convenient enough as it only accepted cash which I had to line up again coz I didn’t have cash. Anyway, I managed to get the cash and having waited for around 5 minutes, I was able to try the tea.

The service was worse. The staff were talking loudly and were ignoring my question to confirm my drink. They kept talking and talking and just put the drinks on the cashier without asking the customers to the front to take their drink. That’s disappointing.

For the drink, the pearl was delicious coz it’s sweet enough. When mixing with the milk tea which was light in taste, it tasted good

Also, the price was appropriate too
