Ordered a pizza and paid online, then went to collect it. When I was there, I waited for quite a long time as a staff insisted I didn’t pay. I showed my email to her, she had no patience to see my record and asked me to line up for payment. Finally, I got my pizza, but the ice cream I ordered on the way from Mcdonald was melt.
