I ordered caramel cake, eclairs and various of delicate chocolate. The best favour is Andalousie, with dark ganache inside and come with a sharp but delicate lemon favour. To satify gourmet, the shop should also considered selling tea. It’s a bit plodding with no tea come with all these exquisite desserts. Other than this, the service was a tragedy. The introdution made by staff sound unprofessional, as well as their behaviour. They used bare hand to grab chocolates --- staffs took them out gentlely with a clamp in Central branch. When customers went into a luxury shop, they always have higher expectation towrards sevice quality than food quality. I would visit La maison du chocolat again, but not this branch.
