Cons: no online reservation, no one picks up the phone until late in the afternoon, reservation staff is aggressive about their two seatings policy, you are told in no uncertain terms that it doesn’t matter what time you come, you have to leave by 9pm for second seating. Very unwelcoming reservation staff. At the restaurant, the wait staff refused to recommend dishes, very odd seeing that it was our first time there. Wait staff did not take the time to explain the dishes which I think is necessary for some of the dishes to fully appreciate them because they are not your generic run-of-the-mill dishes. We had to keep asking them what everything was. We are a fan of Chef Que but there were no standout dishes.
