Service very bad food okay beer great

I walked in as a single and it seemed to be a problem. Wanted to sit in the bar area and waited for service. After 10 minutes had to walk out and ask for help. The servers seemed to be understaffed and when paying had to give a pin for my international card. There is no pin so he could not charge the card. Had to pay cash and was given a receipt so money is gone. Would like this place but service is too bad to return.
