嚟到浸大除咗返學之外仲可以搵食,因為係正浸大旁邊就有間意大利餐廳,唔難搵而且港鐵行過嚟都唔算好遠,最緊要係抵食夾大件加好味道🤤。是日餐湯佢哋嘅餐湯賣相除咗靚之外味道亦有返咁上下,忌廉味夠晒濃郁,口感夠滑。63°C 溫泉蛋配松露忌廉炒雜菌周圍係松露忌廉炒雜菌,然後中間放上大大隻溫泉蛋,雜菌沾上蛋汁後口感變得好香滑,仲有陣陣松露香加上香口惹味炒嘅雜菌,作為前菜十分出色。粗切薯條配松露蛋黃薯條嚟講粗切真係好味好多,炸得啱啱好夠脆夠香口,醬汁有松露蛋黃醬同埋茄汁、可以視自己口味選擇。黑松露大啡菇雜菌手打意粉食材除咗意粉外全由菌類組成,有黑松露增強整體香氣,大啡菇令口感大幅提升,仲有雜菌豐富整體層次,意粉本身亦做得好掛汁,味道唔錯。香烤西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬肉,黑醋砵酒燴梨,醋漬青提子,烤得好香好juicy嘅黑毛豬,最鍾意佢帶有少少焦香味,醬汁甜甜酸酸咁令人越食越開胃,旁邊嘅配菜亦十分出色,青提子香甜爽脆,燴梨除香甜外帶微酸,薯蓉同大蔥亦煮得好好味。
