To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日同老公結婚一周年，book咗大澳酒店住一晚，知道大澳夜晚應該冇嘢好食，所以晚餐一定要喺嗰度食，價錢唔算好貴，可以接受，侍應服務態度一流。大蝦沙律好食，因為住酒店嘅關係係送咗兩個小食，一個係大蝦沙律，另一個係蝦醬雞翼，好味！牛扒講咗一份三成熟，另一份五成熟嚟到兩的都係八成熟，有啲失望，但係味道OK！慶祝蛋糕上面啲字非常核突🤣🤣，但味道好好食，總括嚟講所有嘢都OK嘅。但總括嚟講所有嘢都爭少少🤣🤣
