To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去開深水埗買電腦配件，經同行朋友介紹下，去明發茶室吃餃子， 椰菜餃和韭菜餃，個椰菜餃價錢相宜，三十蚊有十粒，我試了一碗韮菜餃，一碗椰菜餃，一咬我立刻精神一振，怎麼這個餃子可以做得這麼爽脆 平時吃椰菜餃 都會吃到鮮甜，但沒有這強烈的爽爽脆感，真的嘆為觀止韭菜餃也不錯，很好吃我那天到步是晚上七點半，本來想試埋煎餃，但這餐廳是收八點的，所以已收爐，吃不到煎餃吃完這兩碗餃子後，我各樣也分別買了一打回家，還有，在店內有自製的辣菜脯，好吃到不得了 反而碗仔翅我就覺得麻麻哋了仲有自製檸檬水，也做得不錯，值得强力推介的小店，價廉物美

平時吃椰菜餃 都會吃到鮮甜，但沒有這強烈的爽爽脆感，真的嘆為觀止
韭菜餃也不錯，很好吃
