To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

知道前陣子西九龍中心的元氣壽司裝修，本來沒怎麼留意，拆開圍板後才發現這裡也變成高速線。雖然和剛有高速線時相比，興趣已經減退，不過有些高速線限定的食物還是不錯的，於是就選在此午膳了。剛開門營業，人不多，拍一張新環境照。在以前那篇食評(https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/%E3%80%90%E4%B8%AD%E7%AF%87%E3%80%91%E6%88%91%E6%84%9B%E9%AB%98%E9%80%9F%E7%B7%9A-e2564029)也有說過，高速線很適合一個人去吃，所以座位都是一排排開，點餐屏幕的位置有改變，更順手更方便，另外則有些二人卡位，是第一次見呢。點餐目錄沒什麼改變，但不再局限每次只點4樣，可以一次點更多項食物，結果來了滿桌子圓碟。食物水準是一貫的，沒有特別驚喜，不過也算滿意。雖然西九龍中心的食肆很多，元氣壽司依然是個好選擇，當在煩惱要吃什麼或不想想太多的話，就來這裡吧。
