To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一家人陪囡囡係深水埗參加完活動就係附近搵食，囡囡想食泰國菜，咁就上OpenRice睇下，見到食評唔錯，就決定食呢間。我哋嗌左冬陰公炒飯、泰式炒金邊粉、海南雞飯、泰式鳳爪、木瓜沙律加兩個椰青同一支啤酒最後加左兩串雞腎串燒。最後消費盛惠$417價錢相宜。食物味道都唔錯，但最後上既兩串雞腎顏色睇落就唔靚，試一塊之後頭先食嘅嘢都想嘔返出嚟，又酸又粟又臭，擺明壞左，老公試完話對筷子都臭埋🤮🤮🤮即刻同店員講，店員都馬上同我地話可以換其他，不過我地選擇取消呢兩串雞腎。埋單時收錢既唔知係咪老細，我就同佢講啲雞腎真係壞左，點知老細好唔耐煩咁答我：得啦得啦，啱啱拎出嚟，無壞到，應該係啲醃料既味！聽完O晒嘴，咁既態度，我真係想講我比錢你同我食晒佢！！不過我都係冇講到出口，但佢呢種態度就確係令人不滿！仲有啲嘢食完超級口渴，落味精應該都幾重手！都係咁話無下次！！👋👋👋
