After we have settled our dinner at Tai Hang, we decided to have some desserts as well since we were still not full. We just walked along those small alley and happened to be attracted by this small unassuming store. Their menu was very straight forward, offering only shaved ice and fruit tea. When we reached around 8pm, the waiter told us that most of their fruit tea were already sold out and few flavours of shaved ice were sold out as well. When we reached around 8pm, the waiter told us that most of their fruit tea were already sold out and few flavours of shaved ice were sold out as well. He told us that they tend to be very busy during lunch crowd as most people will drop by after lunch.
Caramel shaved ice with vanilla ice cream - Since my flavourite flavour coffee and mango were sold out, I decided to settle for caramel flavour as it was one of their signature. The serving was quite huge, enough for 2 person. The ice was shaved till very soft and smooth, with no ice particles in it, literally melting in my mouth. The caramel was very sweet and some nut topping were added as well. Vanilla ice cream was sweet, but it melt too fast though.
