We couldn't believe that's the kind of service one could receive given the price they charged. To start with, no one bothered to ask what we'd like to drink after 45 mins since our arrival, roof was dripping and my jeans were all wet, had to beg to change table, rude and arrogant waiters, wrong orders, we missed 2 desserts and needed to ask twice and was told to wait since they were coming as if we were rationed, they charged more for our bottle, they couldn't even split the bills right. We couldn't believe that's the kind of service one could receive given the price they charged. To start with, no one bothered to ask what we'd like to drink after 45 mins since our arrival, roof was dripping and my jeans were all wet, had to beg to change table, rude and arrogant waiters, wrong orders, we missed 2 desserts and needed to ask twice and was told to wait since they were coming as if we were rationed, they charged more for our bottle, they couldn't even split the bills right. We ended up doing our own maths. When we left I was being polite to say thank you to the waiter but he just said bye. We were so upset and wrote reviews on their Facebook but the only action they could take was to delete our comments. This is absolutely not the place to be even the food was ok. Hope their management can take this as a constructive comment and improve their service coz I wouldn't have taken my time to write about our bad experience when I could spend my time enjoying my cny holidays.
