Shop manager rude and unknowlegeable

I had a voucher issued by a travel agency for two truffle drinks at Golden Diamond Truffle. The shop almost did not honor the voucher, and the manager was rude and self-centered. 15 minutes went by as I tried to convince him the voucher was valid, but he kept refusing to honor it. Finally he said he'd call his "boss" to check. If I hadn't been insistent that the voucher was valid and that the manager was wrong, I would have left without the drinks I had already paid for. I complained to the travel agency who issued me the voucher, and to Golden Truffle's credit, they refunded the price of the voucher. Thank you. Please try to train your managers better. This was a bad experience.
