Oyster night every Tuesday! 搵個藉口食好西,$10一隻生蠔實在太抵食,不過每次蠔種都唔一樣,見過有法國蠔、愛爾蘭蠔……總之每消費$100就可以用$10/pc叫半打,當日忍唔住叫咗18隻,叫做過下口癮啦!🍴Two Rivers $79 ⭐️⭐️⭐️因為食生蠔所以阿sir叫咗杯白酒,唔識飲嘅人覺得ok啦。🍴Oyster $10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️今日係南非蠔,好鮮唔駛加檸汁,海水味重得嚟又唔會太鹹,口感夠creamy,不過有好幾隻有碎殼。🍴7oz Dry aged Ribeye $268 ⭐️⭐️⭐️有員工介紹today special,熟成牛扒好少食,所以二話不說叫咗medium,肉眼帶有少少筋少少膏比較香口,肉質juicy,不過廚師落鹽重手咗,牛扒頭同尾都幾鹹。🍴8oz Dry Aged Sirloin $268 ⭐️⭐️⭐️第二款today special係熟成西冷,同樣叫medium同樣juicy,肉味較肉眼重,不過略嫌牛扒太風乾,表層太乾硬,熟成牛扒真係唔係我杯茶。二人共消費:$875
