To celebrate Fd’s birthday and found this good restaurant with a beautiful harbour view.The waiter is very professional and friendly who would recommend and introduce us the dishes. This was our first time visit, so we ordered the set dinner for one and on top ordered some from the a la carte menu. Starting from the appetiser with the small dishes, the walnuts with tiny fish, jelly and seaweed with fish. The cod fish, was cooked in a different style compare with traditional sauces. The cod fish, was cooked in a different style compare with traditional sauces. The sauce was like a creamy soup. I personally prefer the Japanese style.
The oyster and beef was perfectly cooked.
All the dishes from the set were so nice as a tasting menu.
From the a la carte, I would recommend a smoked pork. This was really good. You can see the chef how to cook in front of you so you can smell the wood favour and the texture was soft and juicy.
