A restaurant definitely needs a reservation. Making a reservation wasn't difficult but waiting for a table definitely takes forever. Restaurant isn't as spacious but allows big tables for gathering and families. Staff was local and kept its HK authentic attitude. Whole restaurant was stick with dish names posters. For sure an experience.Marinated tofu was in appropriate portion. Neither salty nor flavourless. Silky smooth with a curd skin. Not bad. Clay pot stir fry kale was absolutely delicious

Clay pot stir fry kale was absolutely delicious. Incredibly flavourful. Crunchy kale was still bright green. Perfect to eat with rice.
Oyster pancake was big and thick. Incredibly crispy with big fresh taste oyster.
Signature Chives stir fry was not bad. Loaded fresh Chinese chives with crunchy cashew and dried prawns. Again perfect for pairing with rice.
Fried garlic chicken was delicious. Moist and savoury. Tender chicken meat topped with crispy garlic. Every bite was juicy and dipping their seasoned salt, it was unstoppable.
Deep fried bombay duck mix with squid was definitely the best combo. Both were our favourite that having this combo suit everybody's taste. Squid was fresh and easy to chew. Neither rubbery nor mushed. Bombay duck was cooked just right. Fresh and moist. Both were incredibly crispy and burning hot.
We additionally added one more portion of bombay duck. But this contained loads of hones. Not as good as the first combo. Still delicious and incredibly crunchy.
Overall, definitely need to come back for more goodness. It's a local experience but if you wish for a place to chitchat, this place is too noisy for a chat. Highly recommend for the deliciousness.
