Finally found this shop and bought their famous beancurd rolls with shrimp roe.It was slightly different to how I imagined it to be.I thought the beancurd roll would be soft, but it turned out to be quite chewy and hard.While I was eating it, I didnt see much prawn roe until I got to the end.When I was halfway through it, there was so much prawn roe rolled in the centre, shame I didnt take a picture.The prawn roe basically tasted like the dried ones sprinkled on noodles and very fishy too.
