I recently tried the signature Lampredotto Bun at a small restaurant located in Central Soho area, and it was a delightful experience. Priced at $49 HKD, it may not be the cheapest option, but it's definitely worth trying, especially considering its uniqueness and the fact that it's not easily found elsewhere.

The texture of the bun was spot-on - soft, yet slightly chewy, providing a pleasant mouthfeel. The real star, however, was the well-flavored lampredotto filling. The meat was tender and succulent, bursting with rich flavors that were perfectly balanced. The combination of spices and herbs added a delightful depth to the overall taste.

What I particularly loved about this dish was the harmonious blend of flavors. The bun, with its slightly sweet notes, complemented the savory lampredotto filling exceptionally well. Each bite was a delicious symphony of taste.
