Feeling hungry, we just went down nearby to grab some food for lunch. Seeing that this restaurant was newly opened, we decided to give it a try. 德運豬扒車仔麵 was located at Parkes Street, couple of minutes walk from Jordan MTR.They served cart noodles, thus offering a wide range of ingredients and noodle. Rice vermicelli was soft and smooth, and satay sauce was flavourful, mixing well with the soup which was clear. Braised egg was soft and smooth and their signature fried pork chop was crispy and juicy.
Thick noodle was chewy and beef brisket sauce was flavourful and tasty. Radish and pig blood were soft and smooth and pig intestine was juicy and soft, absorbing the essence of the soup base.
Assorted meat balls were chewy and soft, going well with the chilli oil added onto it. Seaweed was soft and juicy too.
