Checked Openrice to see what's available in Kwun Tong to just have a simple lunch. What the heck, just pick out something that looks simple and quick. Decided on Friendmily, kind of an interesting name, so off we go.The 4oz Steak Set actually looks bigger than 4oz to be honest, nothing fancy, just grilled and pour some black pepper sauce on top and there you go. It looked like a typical steak you find in a lot of places, but as my guest can attest, it was all right.
The Seafood Rissotto was a recommended dish. The portion was kinda of small with only one scallop on top, not sure where the seafood were. However, it tasted pretty good, risstto was perfectly cooked and just seasoned well, just wish there were a little bit more.
The Pork Chop set was the last to arrive. I guess it was to slowly pan fried so that it remains juicy. Indeed it was moist and tasty, the portion was just right for lunch, not too heavy but just enough to fill you up. All lunch set came with tea or coffee, additional charges for other drinks.
