Haven't had omelettes quite some time, I decided to go Alfafa for an omelette breakfast to start the day. We ordered two sets. Salmon cheese and spinach omelette and pan seared chicken, sausage and sunny egg. Bread choices we picked poppy seed and hazelnut.Omelette was a bit runny inside, personally I prefer fully cook the internal. Quite disappointed and found it difficult to eat. Toppings are fine, nothing special. Dish was served with a pan seared tomatoes which was juicy and flavourful. Pan

Pan seared chicken was served in a weird shape, but not dry and not bad. Sausage has also been seared, but a bit salty. Sunny egg was cooked perfectly.
The best part of the breakfast was the buns. Both were toasted nicely. Warm and crunchy! Funny to say I will go back for the bread even the mains are just alright.
We ordered black coffee and milk tea. Coffee again not suitable for coffee lover and suggest to get a better one somewhere while milk tea, better order the ceylon tea base one. Otherwise not as good and fragrant.
