When I looked at the menu, the first thing caught my eye was the sizzling plate combo, with the choice of sirloin steak, chicken breast and lobster & beef fillet.
I picked the chicken breast with garlic sauce, and maybe it is at afternoon time, the kitchen seemed not ready for serving sizzling plate yet, and the food took around 25 minutes to arrive. However when it arrived, the steaming hot plate and fragrance of boiling garlic sauce is so attractive! The size of the jumbo chicken breast was also very generous, pan-fried to a crispy skin but juicy inside at the same time. Suddenly the wait was all worthwhile. After I finished the chicken, I was even too full to eat any of the potato wedges!
