After attending a seminar talk at KITEC, I decided to have dinner first before heading back home. At their second level, they have a food podium where alot of restaurants are individually located. 港嘢食堂 was located at second floor of KITEC. Oval kumquat with lemon - It was sweet and refreshing, with slight sour taste. It has kumquat bits at the bottom.
Steamed chicken with cordyceps flower casserole rice - The chef was generous with the portion, overflowing out of the claypot. Chicken was steamed till soft and smooth, and rice and soft and chewy as well. Soya sauce was provided to enhance the taste.
