Borscht Soup, Tenderloin w/ Extra Garlic, Lemon Tea as always!
The soft and fluffy bread was warm enough to melt the butter. Dipping it in the rich and appetizing borscht soup filled with veggies was a different way to enjoy.
Ordered one tenderloin with the savory garlic sauce and another one with the pungent black pepper sauce. Served medium rare. Thick cuts of tenderized beef. The iron plate kept the temperature well so I could eat slowly. Added chopped raw garlic which further enhanced the flavor of the steak.
