Dinner. Seated in the main dining room. Funky decor. Originally ordered the $800 pp menu with the 方利 but server fked up. Given the $600 pp menu instead. Here’s what we had.涼拌萵筍•手拍青瓜酥炸魚仔- very crispy 話梅醉蝦金銀蒜蒸聖子- very juicy原鼎黑蒜姫蟲茸燉老雞- excellent in this cooler weather. Pity we only picked at the 湯渣普寧豆醬蒸黃花魚- surprisingly good. Was expecting a lot of tiny small bones, but was actually ok. Meat was tender and not too soft. Chef noted that the fish were 野生.紅蔥頭油鷄- loved the spring onions. Asked for rice

生炒骨- one of the best I’ve tried. Crunchy but not floury at all.
花彫蛋白蒸肉蟹- I didn’t eat crab but the egg was very fragrant.
蟲草花菜苗- that was a disappointment. Very hard.
咸肉炒菜飯- good, but too full to finish. Tried few spoonfuls and packed the rest.
萬壽果燉雪耳
In summary: skilled chef. Would def return but would ask for the private room.
