Started with a fresh burrata with tomatoes and seafood ceviche with baby prawns and scallops. Very appetising in summer!
As for main, the grilled skirt steak and fillet come with strong burnt aroma and zesty chimichurri sauce. The skirt steak has a more beefy taste and chewier texture than the fillet, and do get a glass of Alamos Malbec for pairing!! Worth highlighting the sautéed mushrooms as side dish, garlicky and buttery! Ending with a chocolate panqueques and churros~
