To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Had dinner with a friend here and we kinda regretted... The service and ambience of this restaurant is good. We used their ipad for ordering though sometimes it couldn’t work well... I think the beef was really good but five thin slices just didn’t worth $98... Other stuff like veggies and konjac noodles were alright but were also overpriced in my opinion...The Mexican sausage tasted good for me but was a little too spicy for my friend. Overall speaking, I would not recommend this as I don’t thi

The Mexican sausage tasted good for me but was a little too spicy for my friend. Overall speaking, I would not recommend this as I don’t think hotpot is meant to be very fancy (though this meal was technically not fancy)... Anyway we spent almost $300 per person but we’re still not full, so I probably won’t come again...
