The annual Hong Kong / Macau food journey continued. Today’s afternoon tea is...SNAKE STEW. Sounds scary but damn if it isn’t bloody delicious. No frill shop front with a giant chest of drawer full of snakes sitting in the middle, photos of boss lady (“the snake queen”) with celebs and her handling giant snakes plastered all over the wall. Definitely a must try if you can get over the fact that you are eating honest to god snake...
