The item I wanted (on the menu) is no longer on the menu!?! What's up with that?  My steak was quite tough and my wife's salmon was way over-cooked.  Neither one of us could finish our meals.  On the bright side, our waitress did comp. my beer.   I intended to send my comments directly to them, via their website.  When I attempted to do so via the "Contact" page I was told that this page was "Optimized for Adobe Business Catalyst", or something like that.  I don't even know what that means, much less care.   It was just one more indication that the Ranch has fallen out of touch with its customers.  I will likely give it one more chance, but I fear the Ranch is on that slippery slope to mediocrity.    I haven't even seen Anthony the last several times I've been to the Ranch and his energy and spirit are clearly missing.  Anthony, if you are still out there- guard your stars!
