Slow service for groups, worst burger in the world

Service for groups was slow and inefficient and they got some orders wrong which was even worse. Strange when the restaurant wasn't even filled to capacity. The four of us who had the burger all agreed that it was the worst burger we've ever had (including fast food burgers). Bun was terrible, chips were fried to a crisp and were inedible and beef was tasteless and over cooked despite requests for medium rare to rare. A real shame since the open air environment makes a really nice setting
