To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Discovered this burger resto on Google Maps, and visited here with my dad and my sis..I ordered Baka Burger, which consisted of handmade beef, choose, onion, pickle, lettuce, tomato and mustard sauce. I ordered Baka Burger, which consisted of handmade beef, choose, onion, pickle, lettuce, tomato and mustard sauce. The beef patty was substantial, firm and juicy, perfectly complementing the soft bread. The addition of the mustard sauce provided a spicy kick, enhancing the overall flavour.

My dad got Soft Shell Crab Burger with Avocado Combo Set. The burger featured fried soft shell crab, avocado, cabbage and tar tar sauce. The combo set included fries and a soft drink. He liked the crispy soft shell crab and fries. However, he felt the cabbage could have been fresher for an even better experience.

My sis had Fish Burger with Cheese, which comprised fish, cheese, lettuce and tar tar sauce. Not sure about the flavour as I didn't try it. Yet, she shared a similar opinion with my dad about the freshness of the lettuce.

The shop was quite small and only offered a few seats. The price of the burgers was quite economical compared to other burger shops. Apart from burger, they also offer skewers.
