The bagel was perfectly toasted, offering a delightful crunch that contrasted beautifully with the silky, flavourful smoky salmon. This is properly the best smoked salmon I have tried! To complement my meal, I chose a refreshing lychee ginger kombucha. Its delicate sweetness paired with a zing of ginger created a harmonious blend that invigorated my palate.
