Soft serve has been a hit in Hong Kong recently. Many shops are trying to be innovative in their products by introducing different flavors, colors and eye-catching presentation. A black and white concept interior gives it a minimalistic feel. The whole shop has simple lines and angles, with photos of their product framed on the wall.

I particularly love their cereal milk soft serve topped with bacon bits. Now this combination didn’t disappoint me. Salty and sweet are really good friends. The salty bacons matched perfectly with the sweet soft serve. It just made you want to scoop more and more. The soft serve, although mentioned cereal milk, I tasted more milk and only very mild. I would like the bacon to be crispier and definitely better if it’s hot. Imagine hot bacon with cold soft serve, it will be a bomb!

Besides this favorite of mine, I also tried the November featured flavor - Japanese plum wine. Please be reminded that the soft serve melts so quickly that it’s hard for you to capture a good picture. Lol. It had a very mild alcohol with a strong plum taste. I still prefer the bacon cereal soft serve more actually.
