Today I've tried the $30 Smooth Ganache Tart,where the creamy chocolate stuff found in the center of the chocolate tart is rich ganache,usually we may found it as a glaze on a cake,or as a decoration on mud cakes. 我鍾意朱古力甜品，今次的朱古力塔用核桃碎和楓糖漿做成琥珀放在朱古力塔上， 味道唔琥珀一粒一粒咁鑲在蛋糕上飾面，非常美觀，再加上下面的香濃朱古力，給人感覺簡潔高雅。As it's made of chopped chocolate and boiled heavy cream,it tasted really rich and nice.The tart base was crispy and golden,not too hard but didn't break if I don't want it to.
