There were so many people lined up for a hot bowl of tofu fa, but the line moved quickly. There were 2 people serving. After scooping the tofu fa from a big tub into a bowl, the server poured something into the bowl, but I don't know what it is... Maybe clear syrup for sweetness...? The tofu fa was soooo smooth; the smoothest tofu fa I've ever eaten. Smoother than my skin omg (lol jk my skin isn't that smooth 😂). It wasn't too sweet either, but if you want it to be sweeter, you can add orange sugar or clear syrup. I added a little bit of orange sugar before tasting it, and it was just right for me. I recommend trying the tofu fa here if you're around the area!
