As we passed by Tung Chung today, we tried to discover new places like this Mexico snack shop/take away which is located inside a wet market near the station. We saw that they have a range of choices available for snacks and dessert, we then decided to order take away and giving it a try! The shop itself is clean and the staffs were nice and friendly - especially the manager has recommended us some of their signature dishes. as the menu shows, a range of food options, looking delicious.  I picked the truffle fries as starters and chicken quesadillas as main course. The fries were tasty, crispy on the outer layer and soft instead, the truffle sauce was great too!

 the package is very considerate as it was separated so the sauce will not soaked the crispy layer of the quesadillas. Overall, a nice takeaway shop with tasty Mexico food!
