Snowflake ice with Valrhona chocolate

My second visit to China Town dessert.This time I had the taro snowflake ice with hazelnut syrup topped with Valrhona chocolate balls.It tasted as good as last time, however slightly different this time with the Valrhona chocolate, rich dark chocolate blending with faint taste of Taro.The taro base is not as milky as the one at Sweet CC, this one is more icy.
