I found these super cute snowmen bao at  Tong Kee Bao Dim. I couldn't resist and had to get one. They were filled with purple sweet potato. For $15 each. The bao were sold cold so you had to reheat them. Instuctions (in Chinese only) were provided. But basically you steam them for 8 minutes. The bao was fluffy and soft. The sweet potato filling was not too sweet. And it looked adorable! Just like the advertising photo! Probably get this again before Christmas is over.
