i made a booking for lunch. But they do not have a proper reception desk once you get out of the lift, they dont even bother if you have a booking or not (it was 12:25pm and they still have tables for those who were in the same lift as myself).we were seated in a huge room next to other parties and the party sitting next to us got served side dishes probably half an hour after they got seated (the time they were already having their lunch). we were seated in a huge room next to other parties and the party sitting next to us got served side dishes probably half an hour after they got seated (the time they were already having their lunch). They spoke to different staff to chase for the side dishes but none came back with any.

For myself, i ordered a spicy tofu soup, and when it arrived, the soup was room temperature even though it was in the stone bowl which meant to be hot. The egg white in the soup is not cooked, the octopus is raw. I didnt bother asking them to get me a new bowl as everything took them so long.


they are definitely short of staff.

an extremely poor lunch experience with appalling food and service .
