I have had dinner at Al Dente for many times and the first time was nearly 2 years ago. Their dishes have maintained a good quality so far.This time, I have ordered two dishes:Quesadilla Mexicana –This is a very delicious starter, cream cheese and grill chicken on a crispy bread with Mexican sauce (a little bit spicy), 6 pieces in a dish. I never found others order this dish but it is my favourite.Penne Al Salmone –Just as good as other pasta. Sauce mixed well with Salmon and pasta.I also rec

Penne Al Salmone –Just as good as other pasta. Sauce mixed well with Salmon and pasta.
I also recommended the Al Dente Pizza, Chicken Pamigiano and Seafood Paella.
Some people comment that the restaurant is very crowded and the service is not good all the time. But then, when you compare the price of the food here with other western style restaurant, in particular Italian restaurant, in Causeway Bay, Wanchai and Central, you will find that Al Dente’s price is quite reasonable. If they offer a more spacious place, they definitely have to raise their price.
About the service, so far I think they are OK. In fact, many waiters in local restaurants provide poor service and you should not expect extraordinary service except you go to 5-star hotel.
