舞鶴鐵板燒 (Closed)

Came last time for dinner so wanted to try out the lunch sets. Picked the 13 piece sushi set and was wowed by the ingredients. Everything was super fresh and meticulously and beautifully created by the sushi chef. With each piece, he explained the ingredient and why and how they were prepared that way. Subtle touches like adding yuzu to the salmon roe provided unexpected but amazing surprises to each piece. Will definitely come back for more!
